Terms and Conditions: Promotional Subscriptions

Terms and Conditions

By Subscribing to any of the Stop Healthcare Violence promotional plans, subscriber is subject to, and agrees to, the following Terms and Conditions:

  • PAYMENT:
    • Subscriber pre-payment is required
      • Subscribers may pre-pay via SIGN UP buttons above
    • Upon successful payment:
      • subscriber will be redirected to a content collection form for all content details
      • subscriber will also receive a receipt via email from Stop Healthcare Violence, containing the
        • Payment Receipt Number
        • Payment Invoice Number
        • These numbers will be needed to complete the content collection form.
        • Should subscriber not receive said email:
          • kindly check spam and junk folders
          • if needed, contact Stop Healthcare Violence.
  • CONTENT SPECIFICATIONS:
    • All content (written, imagery, and relevant URLs, links, and/or SM profiles or accounts) is subject to approval by Stop Healthcare Violence.
    • Prohibited content:
      • No content or subject matter of a pornographic nature, illegal nature, gambling, malicious code, violence, abusive behavior, or other illicit activities or actions of any kind will be accepted and will be promptly reported to relevant authorities.
  • CONTENT INTEGRITY AND ACCURACY:
      • All written content must comply with, and adhere to, the following:
        • be thoroughly spell- and grammar-checked
        • have relevant and cascading heading tags
        • where URLs are included, be accurately checked and verified
        • contain relevant meta keyword or key phrase, wisely implemented throughout (ie, no keyword “stuffing”)
        • include relevant category
          • one category allowed
        • include relevant tags
  • IMAGES AND IMAGERY:
    • Images and logos must adhere to size, format, and content specifications.
      • 1MB max per image
      • minimum of 800px wide
      • maximum of 1920px wide
      • jpg or png file type only
      • rgb file color space only
  • CORRECTIONS OR EDITS TO CONTENT:
    • Additional fees may apply:
      • Any work or edits required to bring content (text, meta information, imagery, logos, etc.) into compliance with Stop Healthcare Violence requirements is subject to additional fees.
  • RENEWALS:
    • All plans will renew monthly automatically
    • Subscriber’s original payment method will be charged automatically
  • CANCELLATIONS:
    • Seven business days’ notice required
      • Should subscriber wish to cancel auto-monthly-renewal, please contact Stop Healthcare Violence seven business days prior to your monthly renewal date.
      • Renewal cancellation requests or other cancellation requests made outside of the required window will be honored during the next monthly billing cycle.
  • REJECTION RIGHTS:
    • Stop Healthcare Violence reserves the right to reject any submission, at any time, for any reason at its discretion
  • REFUNDS:
    • Stop Healthcare Violence is unable to grant refunds at this time.

Stop Healthcare Violence reserves the right to modify or change its Terms and Conditions at any time.
